1. What StadiumIPTV is — and is not

StadiumIPTV is a premium media player and sports dashboard application. It helps you organize and play streams from providers you connect.

We are not an IPTV seller, reseller, broker, aggregator of paid TV packages, playlist vendor, or stream host. We do not sell, rent, license, furnish, or promise access to live TV channels, VOD libraries, sports feeds, Xtream panels, M3U playlists, or any third-party media content.

Any subscription you buy from StadiumIPTV is for software access and related Stadium account features only— not for television, sports, or media content.

2. Bring your own provider

You must supply your own lawful IPTV / Xtream (or compatible) provider credentials and playlists. StadiumIPTV does not evaluate, endorse, or guarantee any third-party provider. Content availability, quality, legality, and uptime are solely between you and your provider.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have all rights, licenses, and permissions needed to access and play any content through the software in your jurisdiction.

3. Lawful use only

You agree not to use StadiumIPTV to:

• Access, distribute, or play content you are not authorized to use
• Circumvent DRM, geo-restrictions, or other access controls you are not permitted to bypass
• Violate copyright, trademark, communications, or anti-piracy laws
• Reverse engineer, abuse, attack, or disrupt our services, accounts, or infrastructure
• Resell, sublicense, or market StadiumIPTV as an IPTV service or content package

We may suspend or terminate access immediately for suspected abuse or unlawful use, without refund where permitted by law.

4. VIP Beta — everything is subject to change

StadiumIPTV is offered as VIP Beta software. Features, UI, pricing, device limits, integrations, sports data, performance, and availability may change, degrade, or be removed at any time, with or without notice.

VIP Beta access is discretionary and may be revoked. Roadmaps, marketing copy, screenshots, and founder promotions are informational only and create no obligation to ship any particular feature or maintain any particular price.

THE SOFTWARE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

5. Accounts, devices, and billing

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. Device limits and subscription rules may change during VIP Beta. Paid plans are billed through Stripe (or our designated processor). Founder or promo pricing may be limited, modified, or ended. Taxes may apply.

Except where required by law, VIP Beta fees are non-refundable once access has been granted. Manage or cancel through the designated billing portal when available.

6. Third-party services and sports data

The app may display schedules, scores, standings, weather, or other data from third parties. That data can be wrong, delayed, or incomplete. StadiumIPTV is not affiliated with leagues, teams, broadcasters, or IPTV providers unless we expressly say so in writing.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STADIUMIPTV AND ITS OPERATORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL; OR CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR PROVIDERS, CONTENT, OR NETWORK. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SOFTWARE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR SOFTWARE ACCESS IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes may be noted by updating the date above or posting a notice on the site or in the app.
