FAQ
Common questions about StadiumIPTV, VIP Beta, providers, and playback. Answers can change as the product evolves.
Basics
What is StadiumIPTV?
StadiumIPTV is a premium native Windows media player and sports dashboard. It organizes live games, scores, and context, then matches streams from your IPTV / Xtream provider. It is software only — not an IPTV package.
Do you sell IPTV subscriptions or playlists?
No. We do not sell, host, resell, or provide channels, playlists, or streams. You must bring your own lawful provider credentials. See our Terms of Service.
What platforms are supported?
Windows 10 and Windows 11 desktop. There is no macOS, Linux, iOS, Android, or web player at this time.
What provider formats work?
Xtream Codes-style panels are the primary path. Compatible playlists may work depending on how your provider exposes live streams and EPG. Results vary by provider quality.
VIP Beta & accounts
How do I get access?
Create a Stadium account, then request VIP Beta. After approval, download the Windows installer and sign in with the same email.
Why is everything labeled VIP Beta?
The product is still evolving. Features, UI, pricing, performance, and availability can change, break, or be removed without notice. Nothing on the site guarantees final scope.
I requested access — how long until approval?
Requests are reviewed manually. Timing varies. You’ll use the same email for download unlock and desktop sign-in once approved.
Can I use one subscription on multiple PCs?
An active subscription unlocks up to four devices. Manage devices from Account in the app or on the website.
I forgot my password / can’t sign in
Use the same Stadium account email as the website. If sign-in fails, reset via the login flow or send feedback with the email on the account (no passwords in tickets).
Streams, EPG & matching
Why did it open the wrong game or a dead stream?
The most common cause is bad or outdated EPG / channel metadata from your IPTV service — not StadiumIPTV inventing channels. We match against the playlist and guide data your provider supplies. Messy names, missing EPG, wrong kickoff times, or duplicate “ALT / BACKUP” rows all hurt match quality. Cleaner EPG usually means cleaner matches. Try another feed from the Feeds menu when available, or refresh your provider catalog.
No streams found for a game — what now?
Confirm the event is actually on your provider’s live lineup, EPG is loading in the app, and your Xtream credentials still work. International or regional blackouts on the provider side also show up as “no match.” You can still browse Live TV channels manually.
Scores update before I see the play on stream
IPTV feeds often trail official data by 30–60+ seconds. Use Hide spoilers and the theater delay control (− / + seconds on the watch scoreboard). That offset is saved globally and survives app restarts.
Playback is choppy, freezes, or won’t start
Usually network or provider-side. Check Wi‑Fi/ethernet, VPN (try off), and whether the same channel works in another IPTV client. Update GPU drivers, close heavy apps, and try a different matched feed. StadiumIPTV can’t fix a source that is down upstream.
Audio is out of sync
Often the stream itself. Switch feeds if offered, or restart playback. If every channel from that provider is off, it’s almost certainly the source, not the player UI.
Do I need a VPN?
Only if your provider or network requires it. StadiumIPTV doesn’t bundle or sell VPN access. Using a VPN can help or hurt stream stability depending on your route.
Install & Windows
Chrome / Edge says the download is dangerous
New or rarely downloaded installers often trigger browser warnings. Choose Keep / Keep anyway. See the note on the Download page — investment is going into the app, not an expensive code-signing certificate yet.
Windows SmartScreen / Defender blocks the installer
Click More info, then Run anyway. The build is not yet signed with a publisher certificate, so Unknown Publisher is expected during VIP Beta.
Antivirus quarantined the .exe
False positives happen with unsigned new software. Restore the file from quarantine if you trust the download from our site, or whitelist the StadiumIPTV installer path. Report persistent false positives via Feedback.
Where do I get updates?
During VIP Beta, grab the latest installer from Download when approved. In-app update UX may change as we ship.
Billing & founders
What am I paying for?
Software access and Stadium account features (sports hub, device sync, friends, etc.) — not TV content. Content still comes from your IPTV provider.
What is FOUNDERS50?
A limited VIP Beta promo: roughly half off for early subscribers while slots remain. Keep the subscription active to keep founder pricing. Promo terms can change.
How do I cancel or manage billing?
Use Manage in Stripe from Account when a Stripe customer is linked. Lifetime or grant accounts are handled by StadiumIPTV ops, not the self-serve portal.
Refunds?
VIP Beta fees are generally non-refundable once access is granted, except where law requires otherwise. Details are in the Terms.
Sports hub & features
Which sports / leagues are covered?
Coverage expands during VIP Beta — major US leagues, soccer, combat, racing, and more. Schedules and depth depend on data sources; some leagues are richer than others.
Favorites and scores look different on another PC
Sign in with the same Stadium account and an active subscription so cloud sync can run. Local-only state won’t follow you.
Can I hide scores so I don’t get spoiled?
Yes — Hide spoilers on SportsHub cards, plus the theater delay for scoreboard and play-by-play while watching.
Friends / watching activity isn’t showing
Both people need Stadium accounts, an active subscription where required, and the feature enabled. It’s VIP Beta software — occasional sync gaps happen; refresh or re-open the hub.
